| 1 | cut the bitter melon in half longway style (hotDog) |

| 13 | once flipped, add the egg to the bittermelon pile tip: this is kind of hard, but you want to make a small round omelette of bittermelon and egg, while also cooking the spam |
| 14 | the spam will probably be crispy first, take it out and put it on the bottom bun |
| 15 | put the american cheese on top of the spam so it will become melted |
| 16 | finish up the omelette part in the pan |
| 17 | once its cohesive, put it on top of the cheese |
| 18 | add a nice amount of the mayo on top |
| 19 | add a lot of pepper on top |
| 20 | add the top bun |
| 21 | it is complete tip: it is very bitter |
| 1 | chop up the entire onion into small squares |
| 2 | chop up the tomatoes into half slices |
| 3 | turn the stove on to medium high heat |

| 13 | after the meat starts to brown add the tomatoes |
| 14 | cook the pasta according to its instructions on the box |
| 15 | strain the pasta |
| 16 | add the paprika to the pan and mix it with the pan contents |
| 17 | put some pasta in a bowl |
| 18 | put some of the pan contents on top |
| 19 | add the greek yogurt |
| 20 | add the lemon juice |

| 22 | now you can eat it, have fun! |
